Gray is my new go to color...I find myself so drawn to it lately that I am making myself walk away. I have just what I need now...but there are so many great pieces like you have showed us today.

Love the timeless and elegant feel to these grey pieces. Top them off with simple pearls, or go with a dash of color (for me that's red).

No matter what, you feel great and look great.

I love that jacket! It seems like everything I own is grey or black so this is a good post for me. Thanks!

These wardrobe posts are wonderful, thank you. And they give me ideas of things to try in my closet, along with possible wardrobe holes that need to be filled. (Okay, want to be filled.)

The problem with grey is richness. WIthout petting these clothes I can't tell, but for me to buy grey, the fabric has to be sensually alluring- the plushest velvets or melty cashmeres. Too many greys are hard, flat and kind of sad.

And that sere, mean grey is the school uniform I wore all through high school.

I love the light grey cardigan.

IMO this collection places quite a lot of pressure on the wearer of the clothing.

I too gravitate to grey and wholeheartedly agree with Duchesse who states that the fabric must be sensually alluring and have a draping quality.

In one of my courses on the pshychology of colour, one professor claimed that a wardrobe of all gray flags depression and was a signal used by the mental health medical profession.
Has this been updated I wonder?

Lovely jacket - Rag & Bone have just opened a store in London, though obviously it's cheaper in NYC (even though those boys are British).
