Next Week or La Semaine Prochaine
Quite a busy calendar actually. Let me get right to it, in no particular order:
1.) Lots of surprises which I think you'll like.
2.) A giveaway from a highly talented blogging pal in France.
3.) The "Faces Through The Ages Series" final chapters. You'll see how fascinating the young women in their 30s are. Some of them give new meaning to "angst" which makes me wonder if it's our fault.
4.) A News & Views post and an explanation/announcement of a new schedule that will soon be inaugurated in this space.
Until Monday then, I hope you're having a restful Sunday.
Weather report: Gray and seemingly indecisive, rain (?), drizzle (?), a glimmer of sunshine (?), wind (?) -- who knows?
A demain mes trés chers amis.

Looking forward to the week ahead, as always!
Weather forecast in Arles: blue, blue skies with a chilly Mistral wind to blow along the clouds.
Hop on a TGV, Tish and you will be here in time for the apero. :)
plans, always exciting to have plans and projects, n'est-ce pas?
I am spending Sunday in bed, very decadent and indulgent of me but I am recharging my batteries after seven days of very hard work
and, of course, I am studying while under the duvet, and writing letters and reading blogs and ...
Sounds like a great week is in store for us!
I am easing back into normality after being under the weather...thank goodness there are books and blogs to keep us entertained.
Weather in Seattle--- Quite predictable for the season. So much so that it inspired a new story on my blog this morning ;-) Bonne fin de weekend, Tish. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
I, too, look forward to a new week! So many exciting.. "New Yearish" things to do and more to plan and anticipate. Have a splendid week! The weather in OR is gray.. to be expected. But happy nonetheless!
Looks like an interesting week ahead.
Weather report from Victoria (Australia)...43 deg C last week snow forecast for this Wednesday on the higher ranges ..... and some people don't believe that our global climate in changing!!!
Gorgeous blue skies south of you but a Mistral has whipped through adding a real nip to our otherwise mild temps. brrrrr.... Really looking forward to the final "Faces..." What an inspired series this is/has been.
Sounds like an interesting week with you as usual Tish..
Yup, it's your fault! (Kidding!:))
One of the things I have found in my 35 years (and look forward to more of) is a bit more placidity and sense of perspective. I was much more highly strung in my early 20s than now.
So the 30 year old angst could just be some patience and calmness that we have yet to develop. Also, raising babies is mighty stressful, plus career building, trying to build financial stability (although people do that at any age) and some early parental deaths suck quite a lot too. (I should know).
Anyhoo, I greatly look forward to the delights you'll bring us this week. Having lost my mother 6 months ago, I find a bit of comfort following a flock of intelligent, stylish, vital bloggers of around her age. It's lovely to see you thriving. :)
Cheers,
Eleanorjane.
dull and damp in London.....looking forward to what you've got in store!!
Eleanor Jane,
You sound like another one of those amazing 30-somethings.
Thank you for being here and for your kind, touching words.
