Unexpected Developments. . .

It wasn't on the calendar. But will I ever turn down an opportunity to slip into Paris?

No, never. Not even after all these years.

That's where I am and that's where I will be until late tonight. Had I planned ahead, this space would have a proper post. Tomorrow it will.

Promise.

No excuses needed. You always have a pass for Paris. If however you had said you were skipping today's post because you were off to, for example, Birmingham or Dusseldorf, I'd have felt a certain indignation.

I can't begin to imagine the curmodgeon that would belittle you for opting out of a post and opting in for Paris. Well, actually I can but don't want to spoil my evening!

Wishing you a lovely weekend.

"Paris is always a good excuse!" Oh wait, maybe the quotation is "Paris is always a good idea." Either way, it works. Hope your time there is formidable!
