On-The-Street

Neutrals, neutrals, neutrals. The sun is shining, the temperatures are crisp and everyone is yearning for spring. However, neutrals prevail as they usually do 12 months of the year in one color family or another.

I wish I had snapped more examples for you. I'll try to do better next week. 

Today is My-Reason-For-Living-In-France's birthday so I am a tad preoccupied and in the throes of figuring out how we can celebrate without celebrating. He's not big on birthday parties. Every time I say, "Happy birthday" to him, he says, "Happy birthday" to me. Heaven knows I don't need two of them. 

What I'm Wearing Today:

1.) Gray flannel trousers.

2.) Charcoal gray silk short-sleeve T-shirt.

3.) Charcoal cashmere cardigan, i.e. a twin-set.

4.) Black and gray -- one side black, one side gray -- cashmere scarf.

5.) Faux suede Chanel ballerinas in gray and black.

6.) Amethyst and turquoise earrings.

**My wear-with-everything-scarf (above) is three-years-old. I must have torn off the label. I bought it in Babette's boutique, you see the inside in the third picture.
